How to create a project / engagement
- Step 1
- View the eProjects Panel Agency Introduction. **COMING SOON**
- Step 2
- Login to the eProjects or Cyber Security Services Portal to create a new project / engagement.
- Step 3
- Follow the instructions within the portal for the 'Create and Review' workflow.
- Step 4
- Review the eProjects Panel Agreement that suppliers have already signed with the South Australian Government.
- Step 5
- Review the Customer Agreement that you must complete and sign with your selected supplier.
How to evaluate and award a project / engagement
- Step 1
- Login to the eProjects or Cyber Security Services Portal to evaluate and award a project / engagement after the Request for Quote (RFQ) close date has passed.
- Step 2
- Follow the instructions within the portal for the 'Evaluate and Award Business' workflow.
How to close a project / engagement
- Step 1
- Login to the eProjects or Cyber Security Services Portal to close a project / engagement after the services has been delivered.
- Step 2
- Follow the instructions within the relevant portal for the 'Project Close Activities' workflow.
How to register for access
eProjects Portal - Agency online registration form
Please complete the details to access the Portals.You will receive an email with your login details within two business days. Please retain your login details for future use.
I understand in using the eProjects Panel I am required to:
- Comply with any agency procurement arrangement and guidelines.
- Ensure that the agency and user details are accurate and kept up-to-date within the Portal(s).
- Comply with eProjects Panel threshold requirements by seeking a minimum of two quotes from panellists for projects / engagements up to the value of $200 000 including GST, and a minimum of three written quotes for projects / engagements up to the value of $700 000 including GST.
- Completing the Customer Agreement (a pre-populated sample is provided in the portal).
- Conducting risk assessments for each project / engagement.
- Determining the liability and insurance requirements based on the risk assessment performed for each project / engagement.
- Ensuring that the agency and suppliers jointly review performance and learnings at the end of each project / engagement, with the relevant information uploaded to the relevant Portal.
